Team Drivers is an internal app that reimagines the Belbin experience through a clear, intuitive, and visually driven interface. The project translates complex team roles into four core pillars—Plant, Scout, Teamworker, and Implementer—supported by custom-designed characters that make each role easy to recognise and understand.
The app focuses on usability and flow, allowing users to navigate their strengths, development areas, and collaboration tips effortlessly, helping teams work better together through design.
